Ash soared over the plains, checking out the area. He flapped his wings and landed clumsily on the dusty floor. He shook his wings and folded them back. He flicked his tail and put his nose to the ground. He smelled a pack of wild horses. He let out a howl to tell the others they could hunt these, they smelled young, and fast, also foolish. Ash raced after the horses. He arrived at a stream, where the horses had gathered and were drinking. A large stallion, most likely the leader of the herd rounded his young mares together at the sight of Ash. The stallion stamped his hooves and flared his nostrils, with his blood red coat the stallion looked threatening. Ash spotted Fang not far away, he winked at her and signaled for her to attack a few mares while he distracted the stallion. Ash pounced at the stallion and slashed the stallions sides. The stallion trampeled Ash, but didn't kill him. He heard the whinny of a young mare, the one Fang had just killed. Ash leaped back at the stallion, and bit hard on the stallions skinny legs. Ash quickly jumped back and soared into the air, he landed on the stallion's back and started digging with his huge claws. The stallion neighed very loud, in pain and fear. Fang grabbed the mare and dragged it away, while Ash tortured the stallion. Finally Ash soared up into the air, and grabbed Fang by the paw, then they worked to together to hold the mare. They landed about a half mile away, and stared at the mare. Ash growled "We'll work together and pull it." He grabbed the front hooves, and motioned for Fang to grab the back ones.

Sula flapped her wings and landed by Fang and Ash. " That was a great hunting strategy." She said. "Soory I couldn't help, the thermals got all screwy and I couldn't land."
She flapped her wings slightly, "These wings are a blessing, but they also make it hard when your in a hurry." she said. She folded her wings against her side. "Want some help with this?" she ask nodding towards the horse.

Ash smiled and barked "Sure! Ok, you and Fang take that side. I can handle this one." He waved a paw at Fang who gripped the legs above the hooves wearily. She dropped a leg and winked at Tala "Shanks..." She said through a mouthful of horse.

Fang nodded and heaved the horse up, with Ash's help of course. Ash then barked "Ofh wee gou!" He said through the mare's skinny legs. He then started forward.

Sula walked holding on to the horse leg. She was hungry and wanted to brake the bone and eat it right here, but she kept her composer. She trudged along with ther stomach growling.
